Our Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and ensures that AASED operates with integrity, transparency, and strong governance. Comprising seven elected members, including a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, and four Committee Members, the Board plays a crucial role in shaping the organization’s vision, setting policy direction, and providing oversight. Their collective expertise guides the Secretariat in implementing effective, community-centered development initiatives, fostering accountability, and ensuring that AASED’s programs deliver meaningful and sustainable impact across the communities we serve.
Our staff team is highly skilled, dedicated, and driven by a strong commitment to community transformation. Headed by the Executive Director, the team brings expertise across program management, health, education, finance, M&E, and field operations. By working collaboratively, they design and deliver impactful initiatives that respond to real community needs. Their professionalism, passion, and hands-on engagement are central to advancing AASED’s mission and creating meaningful, long-lasting change in the communities we serve
